Aramtec is a 100% locally-owned company established in 1979 as part of a group set up in 1977 made up of Atlas Enterprises, Atlas Medical and Atlas Telecommunications. The activities of the various companies within the Atlas Group include the supply of capital equipment, medical equipment and materials and telecommunication and satellite equipment. The Group also incorporates a transport company, one of the largest poultry farms in the region which supplies eggs and poultry throughout the country and a small restaurant business.

Aramtec's main activity is the importation and distribution of food and allied non-food products throughout the U.A.E to the catering and retail traders (Hospitality Industries, Wholesalers and Retail Export Market) and operates from the following premises:-

DUBAI - a wholly owned, secure warehouse complex comprising dry (36,000 sq.ft/4000 sq.m), chilled and frozen storage facilities on a site of 600,000 sq.ft. Aramtec's Head Office is situated at Ras Al Khor Complex, Dubai.

ABU DHABI - a sales office incorporating a dry (air-conditioned), chilled and frozen storage facility from which urgent and small orders for Abu Dhabi are despatched.

Van sales operate from both sites.
